Active report is a really interesting product but it's not really finish/polished (web). Documentation is poor. Customer support save this product, even with all problem we are supporting and are willing to help and hotfix showstopper issue.

Sales team was very responsive. When we needed more time to create and get feedback on our proof-of-concept, they supplied extra evaluation licenses quickly.

I originally purchased the spreadsheet product when it was part of Wijimo. The product has evolved and is very good but the licensing has been a source of a major amount of frustration and has inhibited our development. As a long term user I feel like I have not been treated fairly. I should have been grandfathered when your went to server based licensing.
