We bought a refrigerator from them. There was a part on the ice maker that broke. It took a month for them to get the part. Then when they put it in, it did not work. Now we are back to square one and waiting for another service call. --- The service department does not care at all about actually providing any service. We will never purchase another appliance from them --- Go to Abt for all appliances !!!!!

I work at an apartment complex in Wauwatosa , first of all they were supposed to deliver a dishwasher to a certain apartment where I work at on the complex. They didn’t show up. The following week I was told to meet them at the apartment and they showed up with tools in hand they were going to install it. We went into the apartment and he pointed there is water on the floor so I wiped it up and then he looked under the sink and said there’s a drip so I turned the water supply off so they went to call their boss on the telephone in the hallway and I explained to them all you gotta do is shut off the water supply. They came back in the apartment said they couldn’t do it so I said leave it in the hallway and I’ll do it myself. So they left and I installed it myself the next day I was called in the office and my job was terminated because they saidI was rude to them. Which is a complete lie, if anything I was attempting to helping them . I can’t believe my job was terminated because of heresay ! Grand appliance said it’s between you and your boss ! However they’re the ones who lied!!!!

Bought a Bosch fridge on line. Purchase and delivery was fine, but I did not need them to move my existing fridge. I had the delivery person note it. Sent an email to my ecommerce sales rep. He acknowledged it and said warehouse team would handle it. 6 emails, 3 phone calls and over a month to tell me my credit will take 7-10 business days. A previous order for a dryer was the same. Anytime there a issue and customer service has to get involved, they demonstrate how they suck as a company. I gave them a second chance, but will not ever do business with them again.

Run, don't walk away from this appliance vendor. We ordered two kitchen appliances from these clowns for a Thurs or Fri delivery install. They were supposed to call to confirm a day before. Having heard nothing by 10:30 am on Thurs I texted their delivery scheduling. The txt was bounced to the store where I purchased the items and I received an auto txt saying that someone would get back to me shortly. 6 hours later, I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, early afternoon I called customer service. After a 10 minute hold my call was kicked to a survey from which there was no exit. I hung up and called back. A different person answered and assured me that I was on today's schedule (Thurs). 10 minutes later I get a call from Grand telling me that their driver was sick today and I would not be getting my delivery. Not only that, but the next available delivery was now Saturday!!! These clowns are nothing but aggravating. Do yourself a favor and call ABT in Glenview IL. Last time I did business with them they delivered to S.E. Wisconsin and they don't charge for delivery. Their pricing is the same as all the other appliance vendors if not cheaper.

This is our second appliance from that broke down too soon (kitchenaid dishwasher in less than a year!) and their service is so slow and irresponsive that we had to go purchase another dishwasher from a different place this time. Obviously not going back to them for another appliance, but people need to be aware if they make a purchase here. They will do everything to make you spend extra $ to purchase a service contract for future fixes, but they will keep you waiting for weeks for the actual repairs. Lack of ownership is amazing, and they will have all the excuses in the books (“we are waiting on parts” is my favorite)

Delivery was delayed a day. Actual delivery was quick and on time.

Were you ever assisted by a sales associate who was knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely helpful? Someone who took the extra time and effort to make sure the product was the right one for your particular situation? My wife and I just had this experience at Grand Appliance and TV in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Good customer service is a rare treat these days but Michaael Lajter's assistance went past "good" and well into "excellent". Today was the first time I was ever in a Grand Appliance store but I will be back for sure!

We ordered a dishwasher with a Saturday delivery never contacted us the day before called them on Saturday at 130 pm on hold for 30 minutes no one picked up left a call back number and they told me they weren’t coming asked for a Monday delivery was told they couldn’t do it that’s NOT customer service
