Still haven’t received the turntable
Still haven’t received the turntable. Why am I being asked to review when I haven’t received the product.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion. Your order was placed on September 8th, and we reached out on September 9th to advise that the turntable was backordered until early to mid-October. The review request you received was sent automatically and, unfortunately, went out before your order had been fully processed. We understand how receiving a request to review a product you had not yet received could be confusing. Due to the extended backorder timeframe, the order was ultimately canceled at your request though. We apologize again for the confusion and inconvenience. Please reach back out if you have any other questions, we are happy to help.
