Mr Axel Maldini was instrumental in helping us resolve our Gradelink issue. He maintained communication until he was reassured that our problem was solved. His communication skills were cordial, professional, and throughout. Thank you

Rick, we sincerely want to provide the support you need; however, without knowing which school you’re with, we can’t resolve the issue. Please reach out to your support rep with the specifics — the data that looked incorrect and any support ticket details — we'll review it and get it sorted out.
Excellent and Reliable Customer Support As a school administrator who relies on GradeLink daily, I have always been impressed with their customer service. Whenever I have emailed support, the team has responded promptly and provided clear, helpful assistance every single time. I especially want to recognize Christina for consistently going the extra mile. Their responses are thorough, professional, and solution-focused, which has made a real difference in helping us resolve issues quickly and keep our school operations running smoothly. GradeLink’s support team is one of the strongest points of the platform. Highly recommended for any school looking for dependable software backed by responsive people.

We are thrilled that you’ve had such a great experience with customer support, Israel! And Christina appreciates you taking the time to share your review.
As an administrator, Gradelink is fairly easy to use. The Help feature is usually a good option with basic questions, and the Customer Service is quick to respond for questions not found in the Help section. There are some things that I could fix but mostly I'm happy with the program.

Wonderful! Our support team is always happy to help, Raquel.
Our school has greatly benefited from using Gradelink. Their tech support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. When some data from our school was mistakenly deleted, Josue Lopez, a tech support specialist, quickly recovered all the missing information. Highly recommend Gradelink and their team!
