Treated like a customer. Given full attention quick and my concerns were well taken care of. I placed my order, made a mistake requested that they change the order. GrabCart right away dealt with my concern and acceptted my order back after i shipped it. I replaced the order with different product and received it in 3 days. Highly recommend this company because of how they treated me as a concerned customer.

I reviewed Grabcart before I purchased and some said they sell items they do not have, so I contacted Jenny and asked about these bad reviews. She said the bad reviews were probably written by a competitor. I asked her to check to see if the item I wanted was in stock and she assured it was and would send exact item with no discrepancies. Well, they sent me a different item just as the previous reviewer wrote. They paid to have it shipped back, but not refund my original shipping of $20.00. I paid way too much but wanted the item I ordered. The item they sent me..could have bought $15.00 cheaper at Walmart with free shipping. False advertising!!
