So far so good, shipping was fast and the GPD WIN 5 itself is pretty great. Works like a dream and has no problem running demanding games

The system was doing really well for a year, however now the fan goes berserk and making weird sounds. Games that used to run well, are now choppy at best. For how much it cost, I was hoping not to run into a problem like this. The company doesn't seem to sell extra parts, at least anywhere easy to find so I can't even fix it myself.

I also want to assure you that we do offer solutions to get you back to smooth gaming: Warranty Coverage: Your system may still be covered under our manufacturer warranty, which would allow us to handle the repair for you. Replacement Parts: Even if your system is outside of its warranty, we do offer spare parts for purchase based on current availability (though they aren't always listed on our main storefront). They will gladly check your warranty status and help you secure the exact parts you need to get your system running like new again.

The product is outstanding. I would be happier with a 64 Gb RAM rather than 32 Gb RAM.
