PACKAGE ORDERED A WEEK AGO. STILL HASNT SHIPPED??????????????????????????????????

Quick and easy first time order process. Good communication and prompt delivery.

Mikaila is a master class on customer service and communication. She kept us up to date on the whereabouts of our Chromalox controller when the manufacturer kept increasing the lead time. Kudos to Mikalia!

Prompt response, keeping me updated.

Very good customer service and quick replies. I love doing business with this company. They always have what I need.

Timely delivery

I ordered the incorrect part; service team was able to change the order and get the price matched so that the total was unaffected. Everything was fixed with a 5min phone call.
