The image I selected came out barely recognizable on the mask.

Ordered before Christmas… Was guaranteed delivery before Christmas or FULL refund. That didn’t happen (both the delivery or the refund). I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and they will not get back to you. Bad service, low quality, would never buy from them again. It’s a cute idea but the execution stinks!

The material is cheap, despite the cost of the socks. Although it is customized, the end result isn't anything to brag about. My order of one pair of socks also took way longer than was originally told, and even after the delay, the second estimate was wrong as well. When I reached out to the website about the delay and the unhappiness, I got no response as well. Never using this site again.

Poor quality- fabric is itchy and the pictures stretch and distort. Socks were not delivered as promised (they were supposed to be Christmas gifts). Never heard back from customer service after issuing a query and receiving emails assuring I would hear back from them. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money.

The product looks cheap. The photo I sent is not the one on the socks I received.

The socks finally came & my dogs face is so dark my husband didn’t even see our dog on the socks ☹️

Love the socks but the delivery time was way to long, however given the global supply chain issues I am willing to give PupSocks another try!

The socks arrived so very very late, the customer service was non-existent, the socks themselves are super thin and ‘Fakey’ feeling, and they don’t really fit. Such a bummer all around.
