The socks were super cute and were a great gift! But shipping took forever and it unfortunately had to be a late Christmas gift.

I tried to contact customer service regarding mailing time and change the mailing address on 12/3 and did not receive a response until 12/18, 4 days after the socks had been mailed, apologizing for not responding and for "any inconvenience". At that time I emailed the company and told them my story and that I was not satisfied. So now my son and his girlfriend did not get their Xmas gift on time and I had to pay more shipping charges after Xmas to send them to my son. As of today, 1/6/22, I have still not received a response to my complaint,,,, Not impressed!

Honestly, for the money, I expected better. I was never sent a proof of the sock and you can barely make out my pup's face. I ordered 6 pairs for my family and was genuinely let down by PupSocks. I would not recommend this product.

I was so disappointed in the socks. The picture barely looked like the one I sent in. Will not be buying anymore and not recommending you.

Ordered socks on Dec 9th. Didn’t ship until Dec 22. Didn’t receive them until Dec 29th. Reached out to Customer Service twice. No response. 1st time customer. Very disappointed. Product material also had snags in it brand new. :( They were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

Everything I order turned out great. My kids loved it.
