I will never order or give anyone goods vine i am still waiting for my bag, i have tried some many times to tell them I never received my bag but my money was taken right away, please refund my money at this time I don't want the bag anymore it's been 4 months.

STAY AWAY!!!! Horrible experience!! Waited forever for item with “problems” shipping and tracking... I received items rolled up in a ball in a tiny sac and received the TOTALLY WRONG item!!! Still waiting on refund!!

GoodsVine is BAD NEWS! I never received my order. It has been 30 days! The tracking number doesn't yield any results.

So far a one star. I ordered a few weeks ago and they said my package was out for delivery. Tracking does not work. All they tell me is that it is out for delivery. Don't actually tell me where it is or when I will get it. Updated 2-25. Finally asked for a refund and got it. Never any explanation on what happened.

Ordered a bag Jan 21. Tracking is not valid. Sent three emails to customer service in the last week, no response. I have a PayPal claim in. Bottom line... Do not order from this company.

I ordered a purse but it never came back. Don’t know what happened to the order. Really disappointed

Never received a purse I ordered early December as a gift. Not sure what happened but will be contacting my bank since I paid 88 dollars for it

I ordered a coat about two months ago so I would have it for cold weather.I never received it so I emailed them. They told me it got held up in customs and they would send another one.Never got that one either. Not sure this place really exists.
