Mr. Maffe provided me with excellent customer service and easy to understand information, but also conducted his business with courtesy, kindness and good humor. I had been contacted by a number of other company representatives who no only did not seem to have the knowledge that Mike had, but did not show the level of respect that Mike showed to me. Everything went quite smoothly. I started researching Reverse Mortgages about three years ago. Dawn Bestafka responded to my inquiry at that time and never gave up. She was courteous, and persistent but not obnoxious. She is knowledgible and was able to answer all my questions with clarity. I was very comfortable knowing that I could contact her at any time. All in all, dealing with GoodLife Home Loans was a very fine experience.
