I was ordering flowers from the US to Kosovo. It was not a direct process until I found Good Choice Flowers. Their communication was clear, they helped to keep the surprise and the flowers were beautiful and well received. I highly recommend them for International Florist needs. Thank you for helping me make someone's day special, team!

I’m really happy I chose Good Choice Flowers! I ordered flowers for someone I care about, and everything went perfectly. The bouquet was fresh, beautiful, and looked exactly like I hoped it would. It really made their day, and that made me so happy too. The whole process was super easy, and the flowers arrived on time without any issues. It’s always nice when you can trust a company to deliver something so important. I’ll definitely order from Good Choice Flowers again. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience with Good Choice Flowers! The flowers arrived fresh, beautiful, and exactly as pictured. Delivery was on time and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Great customer service and attention to detail, highly recommend for sending gifts internationally!

My cake and flower delivery in London went well, and arrived on time despite my last minute order. My only suggestion is to add delivery notifications over Whatsapp, not just a text message. I rarely use texts and sometimes my filtering blocks them.

Hello Daniel! Thank you for sharing your positive experience. Your comments are noted and certainly considered to improve our service. We will be happy to have you back any time soon. GCF Team.
I'm very happy with their service for roses delivery to my sister near Budapest. Although initially there was a small issue with the address, their team went above and beyond to correct the address I mistyped in the order form, so that the delivery was still made on time. My sister sent me a selfie with flowers, which look even better than their website photo. Thanks again for your service!

I ordered flowers sent to Ulaanbaatar, the company accepted the order but never delivered the flowers. No notification, nothing. If they cannot deliver, then they should not accept the order. Never again.

Dear Ellis, While we understand your disappointment and are truly sorry for the inconvenience, we would like to clarify that the delivery could not be completed due to the recipient’s unavailability at the time. The recipient indicated a preference to receive the flowers on a later date when they would be available in the area. Despite this, we prioritized your request for a full refund and acted quickly to process it. Any issue that arises—even if it is outside of our direct control—is addressed promptly, and we would never leave it unattended. While we always strive to fulfill orders as intended, there are situations beyond our control that may impact the outcome. Once we received your request, we immediately processed your full refund. We understand how disappointing this situation is, and we wanted to take the opportunity to provide a clearer explanation of the circumstances. Thank you for your consideration and time. The team remains at your disposal if there is anything else we can do for you. Warm regards, GCF Team
The flowers arrived in terrible condition, the message I wrote was completely illegible, and they added the price tag. Who leaves a price tag when sending flowers?

Hello, Unfortunately, we were unable to connect your feedback to any order in our system. Additionally, we have not received a response from you on this platform to help us gather more details and properly address your concerns. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, as we do not have a record of providing the service mentioned. If this is incorrect, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected], and we will be ready to investigate further and work towards a solution.
The concept of this company is an absolute fantastic idea. Sending flowers internationally, but using local florists and native, in season flowers not only supports the local businesses, but also much better for the environment! Good Choice Flowers were great with communication, letting me know immediately when they required more information, both by email and telephone. The only criticisms I have are the website needs to be a little more user friendly. I found it a bit difficult to navigate. It also needs to be a little clearer on what information is required, relating it to the country where the delivery is being made (e.g. the correct type of contact number for the recipient). And finally, a heads up of additional charges for currency change (I paid in £, for a delivery in Italy and therefore the price was in Euros. Didn't appreciate I had to pay extra for the conversion!) Apart from that, I was very happy (as was the recipient!) The bouquet was beautiful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!
