The absolute worst. My condo runs on Savant, A/C, TV, Music, Shades, Lights. On my second vendor. The system is great when it works, but so 'glitchy '; just not worth it. I asked for a referecne to a new service provider. Not only did they not respond after numerous inquiries, but apparently they let my current provider know. Unbelievably unprofessional. Run from this overpriced, underperforming comapany.

Product never worked properly meaning turning on the stereo and video 8 years in, the system won't turn on even with a hard reset. The installer's suggestion is to re-purchase Savant hardware that can be updated, end of life for my system is apparently up. I contact Savant directly with zero response. A massive amount of money was spent on the system and it it completely worthless. Stay away is the best tadvice I can offer.

RUN - don’t walk from Savant. Support?! Zero- contact your local dealer for a large fee. And guaranteed to work until they walk out the door. JUNK. Do NOT buy. At least buy URC instead.

Avoid at all costs if you can. Hugely expensive system in which the phenomenally expensive remote controls started to glitch within 6 months. Currently none of them working, the company refuses to replace or repair and quotes me £1000+ for new generation replacements! Can't wait for to find an alternative so I can replace the whole thing. Disgraceful profiteering company with equally disreputable customer service.

The moment I delved into the world of SAVANT, I was greeted with sheer elegance. The user interfaces are a work of art, meticulously designed to be not only functional but also visually pleasing. Controlling my smart home became a delightful experience. Thank you, SAVANT!
