At Gold Seal Supplements, we sit at the intersection of emerging science and everyday wellness. We follow the research as it develops, studying what the most credible institutions are discovering about human performance, longevity, and recovery. We then translate those findings into formulas that reflect the science with precision and integrity. Every ingredient is chosen for a reason and every dose reflects what the clinical evidence actually supports. We don't follow the supplement industry, we follow the science and our products are simply where that process leads.

Receiving my initial product for this month created a challenge for me. I only needed one bottle, as I have several yet to open. Traveling and working on projects interrupt my daily dosage sometimes from three to zip. It's just the way it is. I ordered one but ended up with three. And I was charged for three. This bothered me. I made contact with the company, and after a frustrating initial effort, my hero in Gold Seal showed up. His name is Ervi. Ervi emailed me a zealous letter, which convinced me that a mistake had been made with this order and that maybe I wasn't clear when I placed it. I appreciated that he didn't accuse me of anything; he was there putting Gold Seal Supplements on the good business list and building a sense of care with interest in their customers. That was very important.

We’re especially glad to hear that Ervi was able to turn a frustrating situation into a positive one. We truly believe that listening to our customers, treating them with respect, and working toward a fair resolution are all part of providing the kind of service we want Gold Seal to be known for. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Ervi — we’re certain he’ll appreciate knowing that his care and communication made such a meaningful difference. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right and for putting Gold Seal on your “good business list”! 💛
I ordered magnesium in April 2026. Price charged to me was double than the price advertised on Facebook. Emailed them immediately and they said order was canceled and a refund would be posted. I received an email to track the order and it showed it was coming from China. Emailed them asking where the product was made and they claimed it was made in America. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. Took 5 weeks for the refund to be posted to my account. Again in July 2026 they charged for a subscription which I never signed up for or approved. Emailed them again immediately to cancel the order and requested refund. This time the refund was posted much quicker. However, I did received the order anyway and wanted to send it back to the company. Emailed for address to send it back and Iris responded quickly. Appreciated her help greatly. Over the course of the four months, no one returned my phone calls and a second phone number hung up after a few rings. Only response I got was from email. Not real pleased with the experience with this company, and not sure I want to take it because of it being shipped from China.
