I'm on the path to recovery. It's been about a month and I'm feeling slightly better. Easier to get up in the morning. I'm going to continue my journey. I have five bottles in my cabinet.

I take it before starting my day and again at night and the routine feels simple. Nothing complicated nothing annoying just easy to keep doing.

I started taking Gold Seal Magnesium for restless leg and insomnia. Unfortunately, this product did not help either of my problems. However, when I went to cancel my subscription, I greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service, especially from Ervi. Thank you!

This is our second bottle. For 2 people they go quickly! @4 capsules daily. With that said, we are 68/69 consecutively. I feel a difference in my brain. It feels clearer. This did NOT help with cramps in my feet. Looking into mineral replacement. We sleep well.
