Great company to work with! Made me feel as if I were talking to a friend.

The prices on the metals I wanted were very good compared to other places. I was a bit hesitant after reading some negative BBB reviews and had second thoughts after sending my check. I think the timeline for payment clearing and shipment should be made more clear prior to purchase. When I asked for an estimate on when the order was scheduled for shipment I received a response full of so many typos I could barely decipher it. A week or so later I received an email stating my order was being shipped that day and tracking info would be sent later. I never received any tracking info, even after several requests. Honestly, I became very concerned I had been duped. Today, I did receive my order (14 days after being told it was shipped). I must say the shipping was discreet and the items were very well packed. I am very pleased with the product I received. I will order again from this business, now that I know they are honest.

GoldPro has been such a blessing to my family, and even other members of our ministry who have invested in precious metals . From educating us on how to do this as we’d never purchased metals before , to their entire staff being so kind , they never high pressured us and even recommended we take a little time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted to do , we can’t say thank you enough Mike, Mason, Emily, Amy, and the rest of the GoldPro . You couldn’t ask for a more honest bunch of individuals . We will forever be grateful .
