Very convenient to get to if you live in Camarillo. Gated entry, coded doors plus your own lock made it feel secure. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Moving can be stressful, and there are so many things to take care of. I was so happy that I found a place for all my things to be stored. Golden State Storage was helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. I'm feeling very relieved to have found a safe place to store all my things close to where I will be staying. They made the paperwork process painless. I liked that they were friendly with all the renters who came in while I was in the office.

Highly recommended. First class in every regard, with very competitive rates.

it would be nice if they would let us use their trash bin

The facility is clean, but the customer service is what gets me the most. These are the rudest people I have ever encountered working with people. They either need to be retrained on their attitudes or find another line of work. You don't have to do anything to get an attitude from them- I've noticed that they're always this way with others, as well.

in all aspects, what one would expect and more in a storage facility

I can say that it is very clean and well organized. I love that I can drive right up to my storage as I am handicapped and hard to walk. I love that you can drive up up to log in and out without getting out of your car. The only one thing that I wish was they were open longer hours on the week-day. I work until 6pm and I would love to be able to go there after work to get things or put things in there. I don't feel like driving there on the weekends as it is a bit far since this storage is near my old house where I lived. I would love it may open until 8 pm. Thanks.
