I likel the people here. They are very nice and helpful. The facilities are clean. The price is great! The one suggestion I have is that they come up with a bill payment reminder system.

Hello Irene, Thank you for the suggestion. We are currently looking in to getting this implemented. Hopefully, we will have this service available by May 2014.
Reasonable pricing, however, felt harassed. I thought my due date was the 17th of each month. The first month was free. Then, the second month I waited to pay my bill, however, I received a past due notice around the second week with a late charge. I went into the office and told the manager I thought he had told me it was due on the 17th and could he waive the late charge. He said "no." I then planned to call the site manager in the next few days but, in the meantime, received in the mail a NOTICE OF LIEN with even more additional charges! :( To make a long story short, I ended up paying 50. extra in charges that I feel were unwarranted. I'm only still there because I don't want to go through the hassle of moving again. First, my property was stolen from a Public Storage unit and it took them 6 months to pay me...now this. Not happy.

We used Golden Storage for our father and are now using them for us. Our unit is an inside one and was very clean. Although on the 2nd floor, it was easily accessible by the movers due to the two large elevators and wide hallways. We're very happy to be back again.

From day one we had a great experience in getting what we needed. The folks there now are just as nice and kind if not more. I'm more than happy to refer GSS anytime 👍

this is the best storage place I've rented, I've tried them all and Golden is by far the best, pricing, service, facility the whole nice yards that's why I'm taking the time to write my review. Wayne is super cool, he's always helpful and he's always around.

Like my safety box in the bank for my small valuable items Golden State Storage is my safety storage for my big valuable items. You feel safe and management is good.
