Very happy. I’ve read several bad reviews and I would like to share some comments. This is how the booking works, you either book online or call the call center (not always easy to decipher the foreign operator) this coming from an immigrant. So you either book and pay online or by phone. Second you will receive a text or email with a 4 digit verification code. Enter the 4 digit verification code in the email sent from Airtkt/Cheapfaregure and reply. This step is to verify you are the credit card holder. This will generate another email letting you know the current status of your booking. Next you will probably receive a phone call from the call center to verify your credit card information or if your credit card has denied the charge they will put you on a 3way with the credit card company to verify your card along with your identity. Next step is waiting 1-5 hours for your final ticketed confirmation. It is then your Responsibility to logon to the airlines website with the confirmation given to you and here you can either book your seating arrangements or just simply verify that your ticket has been issued. I’ve purchased 2 tickets to Italy in the last week for different times and saved over $800-$900 per each ticket. A little waiting will save you big bucks!!! Just remember to look over your itinerary, for layovers etc.... after you have completed the ticket purchase you then deal directly with the airlines. For your peace of mind before you book check with the airlines you are booking with for seat charges, Air Canada for instance charges $10-$15 per domestic flights in the US and $30+ on international flights. We got lucky since we have a child with us those fees were waived. As soon as I receive my confirmation I called the airlines to confirm and bingo! No issues at all....just a little time...worth every minute!
