No issues with ordering or receiving product

They are scamming people with their sleep insomnia product. They basically make you agree to a subscription (which I was fine with), then you go through the initial visit and they send out two products to try out. After that, they tell you to text the doctor and let them know which product works best. I did that and got no reply from the doctor. I messaged customer service and got no reply from them. They billed me again. No product came. I kept pestering customer service until they finally replied and said I had to do a follow-up visit. I did the follow-up visit and they sent the product and billed me AGAIN. They bill you without sending product and they give you no indication of what to do next, then they ghost you completely. They completely ignore your messages. Do not fall for their scam.

This product made my stomach very sick

The process was very straightforward and uncomplicated. After I completed my evaluation, it wasn't long before a doctor prescribed provided the appropriate prescription.

Easy. Fast. Great product.

Made me very dizzy both time I used it total rip off.
