Igoe Administrative ServicesReviews of goigoe.com

The worst FSA experience I've ever had. They deny valid claims 70% of the time. Their app is shit. EVERYTHING is a massive pain, to appeal or do a chargeback or anything is a manually filled out form. I did a chargeback and instead of processing it, they marked my card as stolen. An infuriating mix of greed and incompetence that I would not recommended to my worst enemy.

The worst FSA administrator we've ever had to deal with, if I could give zero star I would. They constantly request proof of medical care, even when it's charged directly by obvious medical providers like dentists of physical therapists. Totally ridiculous

Their default processing method is to deny legitimate medical bills, even though they end up accepting them later. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. In almost 20 years of using FSA services, this is BY FAR the worst. STAY AWAY.

The worst - very, very long hold/wait times with customer service - even longer than ATT which says a lot! I have no confidence in this company.

They take your money and do not pay out on a submitted claim even if it was approved

Igoe is the worst FSA administrator I have ever had. They routinely reject claims from doctor's offices. It feels like they're just rejecting claims randomly so that you can't use the money that you've put in your account (so that they can keep it at the end of the year).

This is the worst company that runs worse than an insurance company. It denies me claims on itemized documents that was signed by my doctor. It even denied my recent medical receipt to the ER. The company takes advantage on people’s misfortunes. They will make up a reason to deny your claim. It used to be a nicer and respectful company. Now it’s just like another horrible insurance company that bully on sick people.

I honestly am getting the impression this company is actually run by the mob. So I lose my job, and now have to pay $25 bucks a month for the privilege of maintaining access to my flex spend account, which they also have revoked the debit card for so now I have to manually submit claims to these extortionists. NOWHERE on the Cobra paperwork was it clearly explained that you have to pay a monthly service fee to continue to utilize your own money you paid into the Flex Spend Account.
