They always try to answer ur questions an if u have no more refill they reach out to the the doctor

Convenience of having medications delivered to my home is very helpful, and the price is perfect.

Made it easy and I was in a bind.

The original refill was scheduled to happen on 12/29/2022. That never happened. I called at end of February 2023, they said it would be fixed and sent off. March 2023 rolls around I call back first week of March and they once again claim it will be sent, this time overnight after approval, not sent. Contact them second week of March - several times and this time they have lost notes of previous order and claim the refill is just now scheduled. This isn't the first time my prescription has been delayed, previously it was also held up in their system due to some kind of error that they needed to fix themselves, but took me calling them to remedy it which once again caused it to be late. While I enjoy the cost savings, having to call over and over multiple times a week to get a prescription filled is tiring and frustrating.

I experienced great service and lead times to get my prescriptions processed and filled. Issues were addressed by personnel right away and I was constantly updated on status. As a benefits administrator, the team at RX N Go/GoGoMeds are among my favorite vendors to work with.

My medication order is always correct and arrives quickly from the date I order. Emails I've sent asking questions have always been answered promptly. I couldn't ask for better service.

it takes too long for prescritions to ship it has been over a week since recieving the prescrition and it still has not shipped.
