I love GoGoMeds! They stay on top of my refills, give me shipping status and contact the doctors when refills are needed.

My experience was made great because a live person helped me. truly appreciated that 1) they spoke English that I could understand; 2) repeated back what I wanted; and 3) completed the task.

There is no communication about orders. The website is not updated correctly. I was billed $250 for a prescription they couldn't fill. I was not contacted to be told it could not be filled. I had to call them to find out why I paid for something I never received and then had to file fraud with my credit card in order to get a refund.

This order went quickly; In, priced, paid, shipped without hesitation. Thank you.

I am sorry I do not remember his name but I have to tell you, I was beyond stressed out when I first started this call regarding this order. The tech I spoke with was so understanding, calm and knew exactly what he was doing. The entire process made it so much easier on me and he was so patient and calm and really helped me calm down and not be so anxious. I wish I could remember his name, but please look it up and give him big kudos!
