I was told by my physician they would reach out to me within 24hrs, without fail I had to call two days later. They had not run my insurance and then had to wait another 72-48 hours for them to call, get payment information for what was not covered and then another week to actually get my medication. From my doctors appointment to receiving my medication it was over 2 weeks. Fortunately some of the help I talked to on the phone were very pleasent.

Dear 123, Unfortunately when there is an insurance check and we are not sure about coverage, the process takes a lot longer, especially the first time. Now that we know there is not coverage, we can process and send the refill same day in the future. Sorry for the delay. Ron RPh
Ordering was very easy to complete. I called for assistance on my online prescription and the rep was quick and efficient in helping me. The product I got was EpiCeram (the largest size) and it was at a great affordable price!! Any savings is always a plus for me!
