Medication takes too long to come. Takes 5-7 business days for someone to wait for medication because it not a priority shipment. Places my order on Friday & it wasn't shipped out until Monday. Didn't get the package until Thursday. Find this unacceptable when you need your medication. Overall the agent that helped me was great & the price was great.

I don’t believe my generic prescription works as well as other generic ones for the same type of medication does!

I was disappointed because shipping was very slow and I was told I would receive tracking info once it shipped but I never received any tracking info. However the package did finally arrive

I changed my legal first name way before using GoGoMeds, as I am a trans woman, and this is extremely common for trans people to do. I placed an order using my current, true, legal name, and had GoGoMeds contact my old pharmacy to transfer the prescription. While the old pharmacy was aware of my current name, they had my old name on file for old insurance purchases from before, so they informed GoGoMeds of it as an alternative name. GoGoMeds called me to verify my name, asking me which name I use. I told them to use my current, true, legal name that I gave them at the time of the order. While I was annoyed with my old pharmacy giving this new one my deadname, I at least understood where they were coming from. However, I received my meds in the mail a few days later with my deadname on them. I don't receive mail under that name, it's not my legal name, and all that does is risk my safety by outing me as a trans woman to people who might not otherwise know my private medical information in a world where, unfortunately, people like me get harassed or worse just for being who they are.

I have now ordered from GoGoMeds on three separate occasions. While the shipping times have not been great (they don't seem to keep one of my medications in stock), I'm more than happy to wait a bit longer for the fantastic reduction in price. One of my medications was $160 at my local Walgreens and only $35 from GoGoMeds. The savings are incredible.
