I have ordered a single pair of prescription goggles in late August and as of today, Oct 4 have still not received them. This is completely unacceptable for a regular-price product. I can see in the tracking information that this item has shipped directly from China, and I assume it is on its way by boat? Or maybe an employee is swimming the distance, wearing my goggles. First and last order from them.
