Shipping is slow. Because I needed special prescription made the service was spot on.

The ordering process was nice and easy. However, I didn’t receive status updates with the order. I also wasn’t notified when they shipped or provided with a tracking #. Once the goggles came, they looked nice. However, no matter what we do, water keeps getting into them u less they are so tight on my daughters face that they leave huge red indents and hurt her.

I have ordered a prescription mask. The mask that was sent per the protocol did not have the prescription mask installed. I understand this and I’m not complaining in that regard. My complaint is the camera attachment did not have the nut to attach the camera. I would greatly appreciate that a nut could be forwarded when my prescription mask is sent to me. Good selection of goggles; however, the website interface is fairly dated and I received no tracking information for my order, so there’s no way for me to know when it will arrive.

It is not the simplest of process. Had to re-do many times.

It took three calls to get a response.

My goggles were “delivered” but we have not received them.

The quality was good but the shipping was terrible. It took way longer to receive the items than it was originally supposed to.
