The process was easy and service was quick. The product I purchased for my child was the goggles designed for helmet sports. They were expensive. The goggles themselves are well built and appear tough however, they fog up almost immediately! I've tried antifog wipes and checking proper adjustment/fit. Nothing works! They keep fogging up! I now have a pair of $229 useless goggles! Thanks!

Purchased rec specs, received them in a timely manner. The prescription was perfect, the goggles fit well and overall I liked the look. However, they didn't fit under my hockey helmet very well. Returned them for a full refund of store credit towards a more helmet specific pair. Excellent customer service.
