Professionalism, clean, responsive and respectful given party of 8 ranged from 14 to 78. Easy to communicate prior and during ride. Will use again and prefer over Lyft or Uber.

Elizabeth was a phenomenal driver. Her communication with us in advance of picking us up was excellent. She’s incredibly kind, friendly, and service driven. Her vehicle was sparkling clean and she was a very safe driver. We appreciate Elizabeth (and Fastpass) for making our experience flawless from start to finish.

Driver was so late, we had to send part of our family on a taxi so they wouldn’t miss their flight. We had reserved a car seat that was not used, because of that. The rest of our party just barely had enough time to get through security at the airport due to us being so late.
