We had a flight that was rescheduled to depart an hour earlier than originally planned. I tried to contact Fastpass on a Saturday, but their offices were closed, and there was no way to reach anyone. It’s hard to understand how a company focused on customer service can be completely unavailable on weekends—especially when many travelers need assistance during that time. I reached out directly to our driver, who assured me he would confirm the next morning whether he could adjust the pickup time so we could still arrive at the airport on schedule. However, I had to follow up with him myself since he never contacted me. Our flight was boarding at 1:17 p.m., yet he expected to pick us up at 11:45 a.m. for a 45-minute drive to the airport. When I explained that this timing wouldn’t work and that we would need to cancel, he became aggressive and threatening, insisting that we would be charged regardless of whether he provided the ride. I don’t like cutting it close when traveling—especially when checking bags and going through security—but he showed no concern. He even had to ask for our pickup location because the company had entered the wrong address in the reservation. Based on this experience, I would not trust Fastpass for transportation again.

Our customer support operates 24/7, including weekends and holidays, through phone, email, and live chat. We found no record of any contact attempt through these official channels. According to our system, your request to modify the pickup time was made less than one hour before the scheduled service. As stated in our terms and conditions, any changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can adjust our logistics and schedules appropriately. Even so, our team made every effort to accommodate your last-minute request. We managed to confirm with your assigned driver that he could arrive approximately 15 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. Unfortunately, you chose not to wait and arranged an alternative transportation service, resulting in a no-show under our policy. It’s also important to note that your arrival transfer was completed successfully and without any issues, which demonstrates our team’s commitment to providing reliable service. Regarding the pickup address, our records confirm that the information entered in our system matches exactly what was submitted during your online booking. We take all feedback seriously, but we also value transparency and fairness.
