It may be a coincidence, but 2 times I have had a credit card fraud immediately after using the Curb app. Not sure that my credit card is safely stored on the app. I use the app a lot, but it seems odd.

I was unhappy yesterday I take a taxi I payed 100 and I was waiting the change, he take 30 dollars and left like a tip. It was lunch time he said to me good night, he doesn't know english too, the cab was from yellow dog and the cub number 9j64

Curb is a third part technology provider that allows riders to request and pay for cabs electronically. Based on your description, it sounds like you paid for a cab ride in cash and did not use Curb's technology. Unfortunately, if you did not use Curb there's nothing we can do. We suggest that you contact the local taxi authority with any questions or concerns.

I am so furious right now. I took an uber from reid Airport with an uber and was around $25 including tip. Today i decided to support local cab company called Curb and i checked Uber price which was $26 before tip back to airport and thoufht surely they are $ competitive and it was right out my hotel…$67 with tip! NEVER AGAIN! Double the price I feel ripped off! Get a quote in advance! 18 min ride

Awful rip off of a ride over $100 to go from Chicago to a suburb 27 miles away

I took a taxi from the city centre to Pancras train station and the driver said the machine was not working and asked me to pay the amount again (£15.20) and now I checked with my bank that they debited me twice for the same amount. The trip was on January 3, 2025 at 4:33 p.m. One discount and the other at 4:35 p.m. The truth is it's a shame that they have drivers who dedicate themselves to scamming people, since I work in the foreign service of my country I will take the necessary measures.

If I can do less than one star or minus star will be my choice , we got scammed by the taxi driver who picked us up from Heathrow airport terminal two around 12:00 pm on Thursday 12/5/2024 to Hilton London bankside , he took long road around 1:50 minutes till arrive to our Hotel and the meter was 133 Pounds when arrived he stopped in the hole and plaid forever in his card charging device and then he charge us 215 Dollars and this equal to 169 pound !!!! Later we figured out from our hotel and all the taxi drivers it should be max around 95-100 pound it’s fixed charge That’s shows he ment to do it and scammed us twice and used the different of currency charge by our credit card to cover himself

Horrible!! My husband left his phone in the cab and there is zero customer support with this company.. left multiple voicemails and no return calls.. emails were responded to stating they appreciate our patience but absolutely no follow up on their end.. Use uber!! This tax cab company does not care at all..
