Like others I liked the idea of supporting drivers so tried the app, but I tried it twice and there were no cabs available either time. Plus, the second time the app took about 20 minutes to tell me that, by which time I had decided to walk. The worst part is that they charged my credit card and I am trying to get them to refund me, so far without any luck. Good concept, absolutely terrible execution.

I'm so sick of Lyft and Uber. Fare hikes and they change drivers 3 times during my wait so I'm ALWAYS late now. I downloaded Curb to support taxi drivers. I waited 7 minutes for my taxi and when he arrived he drove right past me and kept driving. I even waved to him. I was so shocked I stood there in the middle of the street like an idiot. My first and last time using curb.

Was excited to try curb, as I’d love to leave Uber + Lyft behind and support cab drivers. While booking the app told me I’d wait 1 min for a car. Then, after booking, it spent 10+ mins “searching” for the nearest cab. I finally gave up and called an Uber. It’s a great idea, but you need a working app!

I booked two separate rides on CURB today and both were cancelled by CURB at the last minute and "rescheduled" several times and NO driver ever showed up for either resevation. We were going to and returning from an event. If CURB reservations cannot be relied upon, why bother to use CURB? Believe me, I wanted to use this service and not use UBER for lots of reasons, but it cannot be depended upon. The policy to let drivers cancel at the last minute must be changed.

Not dependable - scheduled a cab 8 hours in advance to make a flight. 13 minutes after the cab was scheduled to pick me up, I received a text saying there were no cabs available and I would have to reschedule. The app claims you can easily schedule your ride - and it is easy to schedule. Just don't count on them being there as promised. Uber and Lyft have this perfected - Curb is further proof why old-fashioned cabbies are on the way out.

Horrible experience and Customer consideration i made arrangements 4 days in advance for Curb to pick up my wheelchair bound 90 year old Mother to take her to her Birthday Celebration and then return to bring her home. They text me, not even a call, 10 minutes before her pick up time informing me they were canceling the request because they could not find a driver. They don't have a Customer Service contact you can leverage to remedy these situations and I'm not sure why they take early reservations if they are not going to secure the drivers. Curb would have ruined the day for my Mom family and friends if not for my son, nephew and my Mom's amazing caretakers. I will never recommend them or attempt to use them. It's difficult enough getting wheelchair accessible rides but if they had notified me the day before, perhaps PACE could have accommodated my request. Terrible company with no concept of customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service and the app is quite simply NOT fit for purpose. Constantly showing security error messages despite using a new device. ZERO replies to calls and emails. Beginning to look elsewhere for a better system.

Ride got cancelled due to the length of time waiting for a driver but then a driver picked up only to cancel the ride himself. This happened twice. Surely to be a trusted app the drivers need to honour pick ups? If not what's the point, they can just pick and choose. Not brilliant.
