I have been buying from them for over 2 years now and never have I had any complaints. In fact, they have gone over and above to help their customers. Once, a package of coffee went missing, and sent me a hilarious and witty email saying oops and quickly reimbursed me. No hassles at all. I really love this company.

I have never really considered myself a coffee lover. I have always liked coffee, if it was one of the better ones and it was prepared with plenty of sugar and milk to mask the bitter taste. Every once in awhile I'd be out at a very nice restaurant and the coffee (espresso) would be stellar. I have been on a journey to find a way to enjoy this at home. I have read a lot of information on the internet about what it takes to make a great cup of coffee/espresso. I'd say that I was rather proud of myself when I bought some Illy coffee beans, ground them in my burr grinder and pulled some pretty decent shots from my new espresso machine. I had however, read that the only way to truly get great coffee was to get very fresh roasted beans. So, I read the reviews, came to this website and ordered Klatch Belle Espresso. My God! What an incredible experience. I love the review that the Professor posted about it, and was he ever correct. I don't think I could ever go to a Starbucks again! The coffee is by far the very best I have ever had (I don't even need sugar! I like a little foam on top, and that's it!). The coffee was received only a few days after ordering (and I ordered on a Friday!). I love the auto-ship service. The pricing is very reasonable. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
