On the order form I clearly asked that my coffee be ground and was sent instead a bag of beans (I have no grinder). I cannot comment on the quality of the coffee because, again, I have no coffee bean grinder!! Disappointed and wishing I could taste my new coffee!!

First of all I was very pleased with the quick delivery of my first coffee purchase. So far, however, two of the three 12oz. bags of coffee beans from" Bean Fruit Coffee Co." that I've tried have been a huge disappointment. It's supposed to be a medium roasted coffee but it's a VERY light roast and lacks flavor. I have to use nearly double the amount of coffee to get it to taste like coffee. Because of that I may have to find another coffee company. Does GoCoffeeGo try these coffees???

Firstly, i have yet to receive my order so it is strange to have a request to review said experience. BUT, the only issue - but a crucial one - i must raise is the utter sloth-pace (that's right, mixing my titular metaphor). I placed my order on Nov 28th. 5 days later, i was informed it has SHIPPED. Presently, it has gone from San Francisco to Philadelphia (i live in Southern California:) and it is now the 7th of December. So that is 10 days and counting. Still no coffee. The intention and unique market position of the site is splendid. The actual practicals, on this maiden voyage, anyhow... less so. IF my order ever shows up I will, first, make a much-needed cortado then, when the espresso beans have all been put to use and my ire quelled by time and addiction-sated, i shall try again and place another order.

I received my bag of Doma Carmela's blend in a plain brown paper bag. The coffee was terrible and it is one of their more popular coffees so I can't be impressed by their clientele either. Why not enforce an air tight heat sealed foil bag like most quality roasters use to demonstrate you have a quality control bar that roasters must meet, never mind that you should drink the coffee and realize how bad some of this stuff is that you sell.

They have great brands but the shipping is terrible. I used to think it was just USPS but if I order directly from the roaster I get it for cheaper and sometimes in half the time.

Good service overall not extraordinary too expensive there are many roasters with same or better quality and cheaper
