I recently returned an item that was too large and have been impressed with how much effort GoBekUSA personnel made to make my return work. The people at this company are some of the rare people who believe the customer is always right and I'll be shopping at GoBekUSA in the future.

Product was top quality. Local warehouse availability was a huge plus. I placed the order online. After the transaction went through, I was contacted and told that I needed to pay $50 more because not all of my small order was available locally. They would cover half that. So I authorized that and paid the new invoice. Magically the order was available for pickup the next day, I guess the shipping to my local warehouse was unbelievably fast? Still probably the best price around, so 3 stars. But it sure felt like a bait and switch.

However, we deeply regret that the additional transfer fee gave you the impression of a bait and switch, as this was never our intention. To provide some context, our inventory updates are based on information we receive from our supply partner, MSI, and stock availability can change rapidly. When an item is not immediately available at the local warehouse, a transfer fee is necessary to cover the costs of bringing it in. To minimize inconvenience for our customers, we often absorb half of this fee whenever possible. We understand how this situation may have been frustrating and appreciate your patience in resolving it. Holes were not pre drilled for rear frame !!! Some pieces of frame were bent making it hard for a good seal definitely disappointed..

It looks great, it's built really well, solid and heavier than a lawnmower, your regular pushmower. It's easy to assemble. Mine started on the second pull. My only suggestion would be adding where to get a roll of the cording or twine that comes with it.
