Ease if renewing prescription and savings offered. Quick reaponses to questions.

My experience with GoalMD has been excellent. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Since this was my first time starting a GLP-1, I was understandably nervous, but the level of guidance and reassurance I received made all the difference. I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions and knew someone would be there to help. Betsy has been wonderful with nutrition support, and Chris, the physician who conducted my initial consultation, was thorough, professional, and reassuring. My medication consistently arrives on time—within 3–5 days of ordering—and is always packaged properly and kept cold, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend GoalMD and am very happy with my experience.

Great experience

To be honest its the staff. How they listen to you. Also the fast turn around in shipping.

Goal.MD has excellent and caring customer service! They are very responsive to questions and following up on progress in the program. I also appreciate the Nutritional Counseling that is available. I am very pleased with how well I have done on my weight loss journey thanks in part to GOAL.MD

I started my journey with Goal MD in May 2025 weighing 166 lbs, feeling stuck and unsure of what direction to take. Today, I’m 135.4 lbs — over 30 pounds lost — and what’s even better is how confident, informed, and in control I feel about my health. Goal MD hasn’t just been a prescription service. They’ve been a partner. They guided me through every step, answered my questions, helped me understand my dosages, and supported me through plateaus and side effects. Their responsiveness has been outstanding, and their approach feels personalized, not cookie-cutter. A special shout-out goes to Betsy Moeller, my nutritional health coach, who has been absolutely amazing. Betsy guided me through hydration goals, food balance, dosing questions, side effects, and so much more. She always explained things in a way that made sense and helped me feel encouraged, prepared, and empowered. Her support has made an incredible difference in my success and confidence throughout this journey This has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. If you’re serious about taking control of your health with a team that actually cares, Goal MD — and especially Betsy Moeller — is absolutely worth it.

I learned about Goal MD via social media and decided to try it as I didn’t have a qualifying BMI for my insurance plan. The whole experience has been so easy with support available at all times via text, email and virtual visits with my diet coach. The pricing is clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend Goal MD to anyone looking to try a GLP1.
