I still have not received my prescription. You say it is my responsibility to track the shipment, UPS says they have not received an actual package, you just created a label, so there is nothing to ship. This is crazy how slow you are to fulfill a prescription, but you were very fast to charge my card 2 weeks ago! I still think this is a scam and have alerted my credit card company.

You all screwed up this delivery. up. I TOLD YOU NO DELIVERY TIL AUG 12. Were out of the country and you shipped it anyway after 3 emails instructed not to ship til aug 12. Now the package you shipped is sitting in our 95 degreee driveway. Please refund my card and retrieve your errant package from our driveway now. 1 Star I have been a Goal MD customer for over a year, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid for my GLP medication refill and received my doctor’s approval, yet my medication was never shipped. After waiting nearly three weeks, I had to contact Goal MD myself to find out what happened. They finally sent the shipment the following week. When I opened the package, the GLP medication bottle was hot to the touch, suggesting it had not been kept at the proper temperature during transit. I contacted Goal MD within 15 minutes of opening the package to report the issue. Since then, I have sent multiple messages and emails and even reached out by text. The only response I received was that my concern had been forwarded. Nearly two weeks later, I still have no resolution or meaningful response. Because of these delays and the damaged medication, I have now gone five weeks without my treatment. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to address a potentially compromised medication are unacceptable. As a long-time customer, I expected much better. I hope Goal MD takes responsibility and improves both its shipping process and customer support.
