Invasive, anxiety-producing, and unethical. I have never felt more uncomfortable and this was during an already high-stress period. Brought me to literal tears.

Too many horror stories, and the ability of other people to access your computer is very dangerous.

My experience was so horrible. This was for a high stakes entrance exam. Took over 50 minutes for the proctor to get me logged into the exam and then upon asking questions he did not answer any - seemed as if he was reading from a script and barely spoke English. Then after 50 minutes he still couldn't unlock the exam and all I could hear was loud noises in the background. Throughout the exam he took control and there were lags whilst I was trying my best to complete the exam. The whole experience was less than professional to say the least. Apart from this there are so many privacy concerns with this system ... I fear using this for upcoming university exams

Making exams very stressful

Unprofessional, untrained staff. Software riddled with bugs. Tech support minimal, and it seems like there are ALWAYS "higher than expected" call volumes to reach a live agent.
