All boxes of staples were fallen apart. Had over 120,000 staples in the box not in the original packaging. Very hard to understand my stock level

I made an order on november, received 8 Ink Cartridge, one week later the other 2 Ink Cartrige. I made this order on December, I just received 6 Ink Cartridges.

I purchased a CW-Epson 6500P from the Go-Label website, and there was no mention that this printer might be out of stock or that the company uses a drop-shipping model. We urgently need this printer to print labels and stock our shelves, but now we have no idea when we will receive it. I called Weber Packaging Solutions, and the person I spoke with checked the system but found no information on the delivery date. This is my first time buying from this company, and I’m not even sure if I will receive the printer. Hopefully, someone will reach out to explain the situation.

We've used the legitronic software they provide for years. It was easy to order more keys to add users.
