Just curious
Just curious, the significant majority of these outstanding reviews are from people writing either their first or second review!! Am I just overly sceptical??

Hi SM, We completely understand being sceptical when researching a company online. In fact, we encourage people to ask questions and do their research before making a purchase. However, the number of reviews someone has previously written is not a reliable measure of whether they are a genuine customer. If you scroll through our Trustpilot pages, you’ll find customers with 1, 3, 4, 7, 20, 30+ reviews and many different account histories. Our reputation has been built over time through real orders, real customers and real customer-service interactions. We also take feedback seriously. As a simple example, we are responding to you just a few minutes after you posted this review. That same level of attention is what we aim to provide to every customer who contacts us. What is difficult for us to understand is the 1-star rating when the review does not describe any experience with Globlinker, no purchase, delivery, use of our device or service, or interaction with our support team. If you have genuinely purchased or used Globlinker and have any concern whatsoever, please email [email protected], mention Charlie, Customer Service Manager, and I will personally respond to you. If you are simply considering Globlinker and have questions before purchasing, you are equally welcome to contact me. I’ll be happy to answer any questions openly. If you have never purchased from, used, or otherwise had a genuine experience with Globlinker, we respectfully ask that you remove the 1-star review, as it does not reflect an actual customer experience with our company. We stand behind our products and our customer service, and we believe a company should ultimately be judged by the experiences of the customers it actually serves.
