I bought my sister a subscription as a gift, and she has enjoyed every box she has received

Globein is a fair trade company that makes the most amazing handmade products all over the world. They work with small and big groups and help them sustain their businesses by providing a consistent income and also by raising funds and starting projects that positively impact the lives of the artisans and their families.

I've been a subscriber for 2 years now. My experience was not perfectly smooth, but rather priceless. I love hearing stories about the artists behind each handmade product. It makes me feel connected to different cultures, including my own. My ultimate favorite is their Bud Box with the llama planter. I've also ordered the Potluck Box from them recently, and I absolutely love it! Everything was packaged well and nothing came in broken. My mom was so excited about the blue ceramic cocette. :D I can't wait to try it out!! My heart goes to GlobeIn and its amazing mission ❤️ We need more company like this in this world.

I feel I've been extremely understanding about the pandemic sweeping the globe. In the nine months I've had my globein subscription, I've had one shattered item that wasn't wrapped at all, two missing add ons, and was told I needed to change my selection to one of the generic things offered every month because they hadn't actually received those items from the artistans. What made me most unhappy was the lack of customer support. I've ordered add ons four times since my first box. Of the four I've only received my add ons ONCE. I ordered add ons in September. When my September box came the last week of December my add ons weren't included. I emailed support to ask if they were being shipped separately, they simply said they had sold out and weren't expecting more. No reaching out to let me know. I had to reach out to them. They refunded me my money and then sent me a notification saying they shipped. If they did, I never received them. I received my November box mid-January. Same thing only this time I've been waiting for over a month for a reply besides the automatic "we'll be in touch soon." My add ons, the stemless wine glasses they offer ALL THE TIME. The company DID upgrade their shipping warehouse... But that was in November. And it being mid February, that cannot continue to be an excuse. Stop offering new subscriptions if you can't keep up with the amount you've currently have!

I have received a number of boxes and one off items and have loved them all. They have made for convenient gifts and nice additions around the house that are small pockets of joy. It also feels good to support a company with a positive message!

I love the beautiful products I’ve received from Globein over the past year. The pandemic has slowed the delivery process down, but I have confidence that they will overcome these obstacles. Not only am I receiving beautiful fare trade home goods, I am supporting artisans from around the world!

I love decorating my home with beautiful, one-of-a-kind products. I've been using GlobeIn to beautify my home for a little over a year now and I can't tell you how good it feels to walk into a room full of handmade art! I always get compliments when I have guests over. Yes, I agree with the other reviews that shipping was a little bit difficult this year, but I also understand these products are coming from around the globe during a pandemic! I know what this company stands for and will continue to support their cause no matter how troubling the times. Keeping going GlobeIn!
