I LOVE all the items and the quality of the ones I receive. I wish I could get more of the baskets of the same design at the same time.

I just received the 2 remaining items from my January subscription box order on May 29. I hope to receive what I ordered in March before the end of this year. If you get yourself involved with globein, do not expect to see everything you order arrive in one shipment, or anytime soon for that matter. Your items will most likely trickle in weeks and months after you place the order as has been my experience since December 2020. I'm telling myself they must have hired only 2 or 3 people to pack orders and pay them next to nothing because there is NO excuse for why it takes so long to pack and ship a simple order. The last box of things I got was barely taped closed across the top (fortunately nothing fell out in transit) and items inside were not wrapped sufficiently to prevent damage - they were just rolling around inside the box with a little bubble wrap thrown in. They do replace broken items quickly enough - I've received several damaged and broken things, but was always sent an intact replacement, packed more carefully than the first. The items are nice, but way overpriced. Just go to Homegoods or TJ's instead and save yourself the feeling of regret that you signed up with globein. It is one hassle after the next with this company.

I signed up for Globe In back in March. Thus far, I have received the Cozy box I ordered for my first box. I am still waiting on my VIP order that was supposed to arrive around the same time. That VIP order at one point totally disappeared off my orders. I was assured that it was shipping. When it did show back on my orders, it had the tracking number from my March order. They still tell me that it's coming, but I'm not so sure (if it shows for the warehouse with a tracking number, the warehouse won't pack it). Second month's pick, I did not pay attention to where the items were coming from... all from India, and with COVID as it is there, they let me pick another. It still has yet to arrive. And, last night, being a Super Maven with nothing much to show for it, I picked my third monthly box. I wonder if anything besides that Cozy box will ever show up. EDIT: How much you want to bet I get the same generic response? Either they only have 5 customer service reps, or they all have the same names. I check my spam folder daily, too, so don't even go there. EDIT #2: The reply is golden. Yes, I talked to customer service on the 24th and was given ZERO answers, just more 'round and 'round. And the box I picked in April that I had to pick an alternate for STILL hasn't shipped.

Everything I have received is well made, beautiful all arrived well packaged. I will be continuing to order. I sent emails with questions and the response was fast and information was forth coming. Love what I picked and happy with all aspects.

First of all I'm new to Globein! I have seen some comments about larger items coming to them completely broken due to poor packing of item/items, this is my reason for a 4 star. So far, my items have arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, but I haven't ordered any large items, "yet". My favorite part about GlobeIn is learning about the artesian's that create each beautiful item!

I've been back and forth with customer service since May 3. I never received my first box (I prepaid for 3) and they refused to acknowledge that the DHL link was not working for well over 3 weeks. When I requested a full refund, they refused. I was offered a $50 credit, but because my subscription was cancelled that doesn't cover the cost of a replacement box. They want me to pay $60 plus taxes and shipping (in USD, too. I purchased in CAD) I have asked to speak to a manager and no one has replied in over 3 business days. They DO NOT reply within 24 hours and refuse to give me contact information to speak with the actual company. Extremely disappointing as we wanted to support a fair trade company, but in the end we're just plain disgusted.

The cookery box was really an awesome gift for my sister!! I received it on my subscription and when I saw the soothing green glassware I immediately decided to get it for my sister. She loved it! 5 stars.

I love everything I have ordered. Customer service has been great when questions occur. All of my orders arrive in perfect condition! I’m happy to support you!
