I have been with Globein for about a year. The products are always stunning. Every month I look forward to showing off my new acquisitions. There have been a few bumps in the road, but they were always rectified in a prompt and friendly fashion. Understandably, this has been a rough year for the wonderful artisans who create and export the products. I am happy to support a subscription that also does good in the world.

I wish I learned about Globein sooner. The products offered are fantastic. I love the different mugs they have from different places. I have shown them to friends and family and they love them too. I told them they should join Globeln. This is the first place I look for items that I may want instead of Walmart. The little cards that come with the orders is great, it tells you about the product and the person or people that make the items. Each item is well packed. Love the products Globeln gets. Lee Ann

I've been buying product for a few months now absolutely stunning pieces like the blown glass jugs and glasses from mexico then the pottery from Morocco is amazing. I have the mugs the platter pickle dish and ordered the rolling pin as well. My large bowl didnt make it it was in pieces but as soon as customer service got my email they sent another one out. I feel good supporting people who work hard and absolutely love the products they make.

Love the products from this company. I had people over last night and one complimented the serving dish I was using. Then I realized most of the dishes we were using were from globin. I had put out wine glasses for people to choose from and the two Globin ones were the first picked!

I get my boxes in a timely manner, but some items don't seem to be the size I thought they would be. The baskets I have purchased are beautiful and provide a touch of the world to every room I use them in. I have received many compliments on them and have showed everyone how they too can bring the world to their home while helping the world improve their lives.

I love the products!!! Yes they had issues with shipping, but have changed things and are doing a better job now. I also like the new earning points provided. I can see why some people want the box and become upset they cannot get the boxes pictured. Maybe it should state they are previous and are an example and there will be new boxes available. I can also understand how the company got a lot of business and then it caused the shipping delay plus we did have a pandemic. I still like Globein and would recommend joining. They have also added more add on, a week of deal of the day, and now a 4th of July sale which have been great additions and made it more worthwhile joining. I also received my box in a timely manner a month or so which was a huge improvement.

This company has lost their way. It used to a great place to support fair trade artisan goods . The products are unique and from amazing craftsman. Globein's customer service is FAILING these artisans. You pick a theme for the month and they switch it on you and for you to pay shipping to have it exchanged and completely ignore you except for form letter response emails. It is not cheap but you feel good supporting these artisans until you realize you are being taking advantage of by their customer service. My subscription is being cancelled and will not be ordering again Yes Brandi did email with a canned email. Did not answer any questions any and tried to force the blame of your mistake on me and make me pay for something I didn't order or pick!

I really enjoyed receiving these monthly boxes. I feel like I’ve travelled through Middle East, Morocco, Mexico, Turkey and India. That’s where most of the items come from. It’s so nice to have hand made colourful items from different parts of the globe. Hand blown glass, hand made ceramics and native wood items. Love my oversized Handblown glass pitcher for fresh mint tea or lemon aid. Thanks GlobeIn.
