This made it possible for me to arrange a time that was best for me. There were many appointments to choose one and I was able to wait until I snagged just the right one. I didn't have to be glued to the website to find an appointment.

I was struggling to find a global entry interview close to me. I had a reservation 200 miles away and I was notified that Saturday appointments were opened up in my hometown the same day I was scheduled in KC. I was able to reschedule our interviews and save myself a roughly 6 hour road trip.
