Thank goodness for the Global Entry appointment alert service! It does suck I had to pay an extra $20 for it, but it was worth it! Everything else about trying to obtain this pass has been extremely inconvenient. It has been over year, and I am still waiting to be approved! But at least I finally have an interview.
