The service was extremely quick and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful! I filed a claim with insurance on a Friday afternoon and received a call from GOA within 15 minutes to schedule the repair for the following week. The work was excellent! I highly recommend!!

Adam R. was my local tech available in the Youngstown area! He was very knowledgeable, personable and took care of my cracked windshield. Jennifer was my representative who contacted me through my insurance and set the appointment up. It was like I was talking to a family member while scheduling with Jennifer and when Adam got here to fix the windshield. I will HIGHLY recommend Glass America to anyone I know who might need any glass services.

The installation by Nick is what turned this experience around. Customer service and communication needs to improve They never advised of cancellation of my first appointment, which is rude. Then they directed installer to another part of town when I believe I was approximately 6 minutes away from Elma location. I actually felt bad for Nick. He went right to work and didn’t even miss a beat.
