They are beautiful, but I could not see through them so I had to return them. My eye dr had to give me a new prescription. So I will be ordering another pair very soon!

Having trouble this time getting my glasses right. I have just recently emailed customer service because my computer glasses were made with a reduced PD that makes me have to sit too close to the laptop and monitor. This PD reduction has never been suggested for previous computer glasses

The first pair are very different so I had to get use to them. But over all I really like the glasses. I have ordered another pair different from the first and these have the magnet sunglasses with them. The only problem I am having with the second pair is I can't read my phone with the sunglasses attached. This is a pain to have to remove them to read my phone. Other than that I really like the glasses. The cost for progressive lens is fantastic.

I have reached already out via Email(the one you listed below), phone (same one you listed below), and FB via your WhatsApp button (WhatsApp error msg said there is no account list for the number). How does this company have such great reviews? Are they a scam? I’ve been trying to contact customer service via email, the phone number listed on their website (left an message) and the WhatsApp button on their Facebook page. The WhatsApp says that they are NOT on WhatsApp. The button is fake. They took my money, but haven’t sent my glasses. Under my account information on their website it says the glasses have shipped, but does not give a date or tracking information. I cannot get ahold of anyone to verify this information or resolve the issue. From what I’m reading on other websites today, some people have received glasses from them, but they’re very flimsy and cheap. They also only get 50% of their money back and have to pay for shipping. I probably will have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges.
