I wanted to try the Home Try-On kit where you pick 5 frames and then send them back after you decide. That was a very confusing process because a lot of the frames I liked were either not offered in the kit or were “out of stock.” When I finally got a kit, half of the glasses were dirty and super smudged so it was hard to see through them. That didn’t feel very sanitary. Only about 2 of the frames that I tried were solid frames. The others felt very flimsy like they wouldn’t last very long. I finally picked a sturdy pair and ordered a pair of lined bifocals. The glasses turned out ok, but it did take quite some time to receive them. I’m on the fence whether I will order a second pair through this company.

I like the frames, but getting progressives seems to be a hit or miss. My sunglasses were fine, but this pair the left eye good, the right eye not right. The problem with online, you dont know if glasses made wrong, or rx not right..

I have had nothing but horrible luck with this company. They do not honor their 365 guarantee. I was wearing the glasses ON MY FACE when the frames cracked and lens fell out only 2 months after purchasing them. They offered to send me new frames, which they did however my lenses do not fit them & and I had to pay for them. So now they want me to pay for another pair. That would make me paying for this one pair of glasses 3 times as now they want to charge me again to remake them. The glasses are cheap! they are willing to loose a customer over $25. When I stated okay I will just have to find another glasses company. Their response was okay thank you. Wow~!!!!!!! , IT IS THE PRINICPAL they state they have a satisfaction guarantee. they do not!!!!! ****UPDATE TO MY REVIEW**** So after I posted my review I was contacted by Glasses Shop and told that they would replace my glasses at no cost. THANK YOU! This is what I had requested in the first place. I am a little annoyed that it took me placing a bad review to get them to honor their policy, but they did. Which is why I went from 1 to 3 stars. I have had them now for 3 days so hopefully they will last longer than 2 months this time. Thank you for stepping up and doing what you said you would do. I have ordered over 5 pairs of glasses with them so I am pleased I do not have to find another company to order from now. The other pairs of glasses I have ordered have been exactly what they are supposed to be and I am happy with them.

First pair ordered were done with incorrect prescription. I uploaded a picture of my prescription and glasses were done incorrectly. Contacted customer service (Mandy) and she insisted I typed in my info wrong. Explained to her several times that I uploaded a picture of prescription, that I didn’t type it and she didn’t care what I was saying. She insisted it was my mistake. After back and forth, I was given store credit of only $14.94 although glasses were $29 after discount and shipping reduction. Tried talking to customer service next day. Again got Mandy on the line. She would not even acknowledge me. When I typed something into the chat box, she would somehow erase my messages. Never could get another answer out of her. So I had to just suck it up and just use the minimal refund I was given so I could order my glasses since they were indeed needed. After a while, I did receive the new glasses with the correct prescription. I have made a few purchases before but I don’t know if I’ll keep using GlassesShop after this experience. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service I received was unprofessional.

The process for ordering was fairly easy. I thought I was getting a midsized frame but the pictures are very deceiving. I don’t think I would order in the future without being able to try in the glasses beforehand.

Love the glasses, delivery not so great this was the second time ordering that my order was sent to a different state. Took well over a month to receive my glasses. Other than that I’m satisfied.
