I've ordered multiple pairs of glasses from this company and am always satisfied. The one time there was a mistake, it was corrected quickly and didn't make extra work for me.

The classes are very fair reasonable price but when it offers a buy one get one free, the classes have to fall in a certain bracket of something and then it was so hard to get a hold of customer service to figure out why I couldn’t use my buy one get one free coupon that I use every year to buy my kids glasses at the end of the day. I just ordered them. I didn’t save as much as I wanted to, but I ordered them.

After many frustrating attempts to find the right pair of overpriced glasses at my optician shop, only to end up not liking what I chose, I decided to give online vendors a try. I came across Glassesshop.com and couldn’t believe the prices and the selection. The try on feature was nifty, and they provided very handy instructions on how to measure your own PD for the lenses. I ended up with a perfect fitting pair that is very stylish and cost a fraction of what I’ve been paying at my local shop. I am very pleased and will definitely be back! I already have my eye on another pair (no pun intended).

I am thrilled with this company, their products, and their customer support. I purchased my second pair of glasses after getting an updated prescription, but after a couple of weeks I noticed a problem. My PD (pupil diameter?) number in my Rx was incorrect. I had a check and I was off by 6mm. I asked GlassesShop if I had any options, and got an instant reply telling me they would send me a new pair of glasses at no cost. I was very impressed. They have a loyal customer because they earned it. And I’ll recommend them to everyone I know looking for new glasses.

Have ordered several times and have always been happy. They ha e a great selection of frames to choose from. From ordering to receiving is faster than a brick and mortar store. Will be making another order in the near future.

10 out of 10 cannot recommend this company enough. I was unhappy with my first purchase, and they made it right and then some I have now ordered five pairs of glasses within the past year and I’m happy with how would they fit and look.

The website is pretty easy to navigate and they seem to have competitive prices. The glasses work well when they arrive. I haven’t booked ordered here multiple times and haven’t really had any problems yet.
