Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with GlassesOnWeb. I returned a pair of sunglasses in perfect condition and provided delivery confirmation proving the package had already been delivered to them. Despite this, they denied having the return for several days until I personally sent proof myself. After finally acknowledging receipt, they then claimed the frame was “damaged,” even though it was returned intact and carefully packaged. Communication throughout the process was extremely difficult and unprofessional, and I was eventually told I was banned from ordering again simply for disputing the situation. The entire experience felt dishonest and stressful from beginning to end. If you buy from this company, make sure you document EVERYTHING — photos, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and all communication — because if I hadn’t kept proof, I genuinely believe they would have continued denying they even received my return.

Dear Moreno, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. However, we must respectfully clarify the situation. Once your return was received and inspected, we found that the frame was not returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped. The sunglasses showed visible damage, and we have clear photos documenting the condition of the item upon return. As stated in our return policy, items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. When an item is returned damaged, we are unable to issue a refund. In this situation, the customer may arrange to have the item shipped back. We understand that return disputes can be frustrating, which is why we document received returns carefully, including photos and tracking information. This helps ensure that every case is reviewed fairly and based on evidence. We also note that after this matter, another order was placed through our website, which is inconsistent with the claim that the entire experience was dishonest from beginning to end. We stand by our inspection process and our return policy, and we remain committed to handling all customer concerns professionally and fairly.
